In 1963 Sylvia Collins, formerly Sylvia Lee Hazard from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, met and married her late husband Bobby E. Collins and moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After giving birth to her one and only child, Julie Beth in 1972, they decided to move to Maryville, Tennessee and have lived here ever since.

In 1999 she decided to take her license out of retirement and get back into Real Estate. She believes in continuing education and has received her ABR, GRI, & CRS certifications after already holding a Broker license.

She is now affiliated with Coldwell Banker Wallace & Wallace REALTORS at the Alcoa office and welcomes your calls or visits. She said that Real Estate, her clients, and customers are very important to her and always tries to put their needs over her own, which is why her cell phone number is posted on all her listings, to be available to them when they need her.
