Seller reviewThe thing that impressed me most about Ms. Collins is that she listened well to what I wanted to accomplish with the sale of my house and then developed a strategy that a worked well. When things when a little off course of my goals, through no fault of hers, she didn't panic, calmed my nerves and brought things back on course resulting in a great sale.

Buyer reviewSylvia Collins was a great agent to work with. She knew all the neighborhoods and she didn't try to get you to look at houses that you couldn't afford. I told her we needed a walk in shower for my wife as she is disabled. She went right to work on it and the realtor at 304 Teal Dr. imediately had a walk in shower installed. We lived so far away so I asked Sylvia to show houses that came on the market to my son. She was really good on that. Just glad she did it to save me alot of time. I would recommend Sylvia Collins to anybody to help them find a home. For the record we are not related at all.
